Ronald D. Weil

Mr. Weil is principal of R&J Sales and Marketing, Inc., a food sales and regional  marketing firm. He is vice president and partner of Arena Cheese, in Arena, Wisconsin  and former vice chairman of Swiss-American, Inc., a national importer, processor and distributor of cheese and specialty foods  to wholesalers and retailers. Mr. Weil is past president of the St. Louis Culinary Society and is on the University of Wisconsin-Madison  Department of  Economics Alumni Advisory Board.

He was named Chevalier and a Friend of Brie de Meaux by the French Government for working with the French cheese industry to facilitate increased awareness and sales of French cheeses.

Mr. Weil earned a bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of Wisconsin—Madison. Mr. Weil and his wife, Virginia Broomall Weil, live in St. Louis, Missouri, and have three grown children.
