Todd E. Warnock

Todd Warnock is a founding partner of RoundTable Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm specializing in the healthcare industry, where he currently serves as senior advisor. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for leading RoundTable’s transaction team. Before RoundTable, Mr. Warnock held a number of positions at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), including managing director and head of the U.S. healthcare investment banking practice. Prior to CSFB, he worked at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Mr. Warnock and his wife, Liz, are proprietors of the five-star boutique hotel, Links House at Royal Dornoch, in Scotland.

Mr. Warnock has served as board chairman and member of the Greater Chicago Food Depository, board chairman of the OxBow School of Art, board member of the University of Wisconsin Foundation, trustee of Eaglebrook School, trustee of The Art Institute of Chicago, governor of The School of The Art Institute of Chicago, member of The Counsel of University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, and an advisory board member of Iliso Care Society, in Cape Town, South Africa. Mr. Warnock is the founder and past chairman of the University of Wisconsin—Madison Economics Advisory Board.

Mr. Warnock earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin—Madison and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
