Barton J. Warner

Barton is an executive coach with The Preston Associates, working with senior leaders navigating high-stakes roles, complex organizations, and the pressure to perform while staying human. He brings two decades of leadership experience from Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and Bayer — including leading Bayer’s largest global business unit — giving him a grounded, practitioner’s understanding of the demands placed on modern executives.

Barton is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and holds an MBA and Coaching Certification from Columbia University, where he received the program’s highest recognition. He is currently completing an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience at King’s College London. He also mentors LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs through StartOut.
