Elliott Ross
Elliott M. Ross, CCIM is the President of Ross Realty Group, Inc. and Ross Consulting Group, Inc.; both companies are located in Tampa, Florida and were founded in 1989.
The Ross Realty Group is a full-service real estate company that, up until he sold the property management division in 2013, leased and managed nearly three million square feet of commercial properties in the Tampa Bay area.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ross has represented financial institutions, owner associations, and individual owners in a variety of commercial transactions and management. He specializes in commercial investment sales, marketing of office and industrial parks, asset and portfolio management, and lender REO representation and receivership.
Mr. Ross has received many awards including the Henry Blanton Lifetime Achievement Award from the Florida Gulfcoast Association of Realtors (FGCAR) and the National Award for Outstanding Professional Achievements in the Commercial Real Estate Industry from the Realtors Commercial Alliance of the National Association of Realtors. A past president of FGCAR, Ross has been honored many times with the association’s Pinnacle Award, including Regional Top Producer for Investment Properties and named its Retail Top Producer and Industrial Top Producer. He also was honored with the 2014 “Humanitarian of the Year” Award from the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation in Clearwater, Florida.
Ross earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is a member of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) and Westshore Alliance. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Synovus Bank, NAIOP, and the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation. He is also a participating member and volunteer pilot for Angel Flight Southeast and Veterans Airlift.
As a sidebar to his degree, when he took Graaskamp’s Real Estate Feasibility course, his final analysis was to review highest and best use of a vacant gas station site at University and Forrest in Madison, WI. Five years after graduation he bought the lot and built University Heights Condominiums. A successful venue, the project was 100% sold out before completion.
