Lowell Robinson

Lowell Robinson is a financial and operating executive with more than thirty years of senior global strategic, financial, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, operational and governance experience at Kraft, Citigroup, and a number of mid-cap companies. He was chief financial officer and chief operating officer at several companies, including Valassis/Advo, HotJobs, and MIVA.

Currently, Mr. Robinson is on the board of PhenixFin, a private credit company and previously has been on the boards of Jones Apparel Group, International Wire Group, Edison Schools, Barnes and Noble Education and American Consolidated Media.  He is also on the non-profit boards of the New York Academy of Sciences and PerScholas.  Previously he was on the non-profit boards of the Smithsonian Libraries, the Metropolitan Opera Guild, The UW Business School and the Council for Economic Education.

Mr. Robinson received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin—Madison and an M.B.A. in Finance from Harvard Business School.
