Ann Phipps

Ann Phipps is proud to be a daughter and granddaughter of UW-Madison alumni. She currently serves as Chair of the Charles Phipps Family Foundation, having previously worked in marketing and product development for Texas Instruments. As a community volunteer, most of her work has focused on supporting schools. As a substitute teacher and volunteer teacher in several domains, Ms. Phipps enjoys empowering students to improve their skills and understanding.

Ms. Phipps holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in English and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University. She lives with her husband in Austin, Texas, where she enjoys swimming with the Longhorn Masters swim, and snowboarding in New Mexico when the snow is good.
