Karla Hernández Romero

I am a fourth-year student from Costa Rica. I completed my undergrad at the University of Costa Rica and I have a master’s in Economics of Public Policy from Barcelona School of Economics. Before starting the PhD, I was a research fellow at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington DC. My field is public economics, and my research interests also include labor, gender and development. Feel free to ask me any questions about Wisconsin winter, being a TA/RA, or anything else!
