Jeffrey R. Geygan

Jeffrey R. Geygan is CEO of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMCF) and a member of its Board of Directors. He is also Chairman of the Board of Global Value Investment Corp., and activist investment management firm, which he founded in 2007. GVIC specializes in equity and debt investments in out-of-favor companies and advises those companies on corporate governance improvements. Prior to founding GVIC, he was Senior Vice President of Investments and Senior Portfolio Manager with Smith Barney and UBS Financial.

Mr. Geygan previously served as a Board member of Climb Global Solutions (NASDAQ: CLMB) from 2018 until 2025. He is a member the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee’s Investment Management Certificate Program. He also served as an adjunct professor at the IE University Graduate School, in Madrid, Spain,  a guest professor at the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee and The College of Charleston.

Mr. Geygan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin—Madison. He and his wife, whom he met in Professor Donald Hester’s money and banking class, have two children who also graduated from UW—Madison.
