Credentials: BA Economics (2010)
Henry Aschauer graduted from UW-Madison with a BA in Economics in 2010. Henry returned to Madison in 2012 as one of the founders of a sandwich shop and craft beer bar on State Street. In 2015, he co-founded Forage Kitchen, a healthy fast casual restaurant with three locations currently in Madison metro. In 2018, Henry co-founded Forage Kombucha, a beverage company that has grown from being sold just in Forage Kitchen to 750 or so locations throughout 15 states.
