We hope that you will join us on October 26th for an event inaugurating the Center for Research On the Wisconsin Economy (CROWE). The event, “Wisconsin and the National Economy,” will feature discussions of current work on the Wisconsin economy by CROWE researchers, and a keynote lecture by John Taylor of Stanford University and the Hoover Institution. The keynote lecture is titled "The Economic Reform Imperative: State, Nation, World."
The event is free and open to the public, but interested guests should email Molly LaBoda, email@example.com, to RSVP. The event will take place in the Plenary Room: 1310 Grainger Hall, 975 University Avenue, Madison WI from 6:00pm-7:30pm.
CROWE was recently established in the Department of Economics at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. The mission of CROWE is to support and disseminate economic policy research, with a particular focus on the Wisconsin economy and state-level economic policy issues, and to make that research accessible to policymakers, businesses, and community groups in Wisconsin and around the nation.
